Should I have sex with my teacher?

First off, I'm a guy and my teacher is a woman. Now, I have a terrible grade in her class right now and she talked with me after class. I have always had a great average in her class, but it dropped because i did not finish a test. She said if i were to have sex with her, she could eliminate one of my bad test scores to raise my grade back where it was before. It's legal because I'm almost 19. And she meant a real sex in the classroom at break, not just a quick one. She even had a little affair with me after class. I told her I'd think about it and I am still debating weather i should or not. I'm in a relationship at the moment so i'm thinking what is more important, my grade or my girl. I haven't had sex before but i know how to.... and my teacher is in her late 20's and most students including me think she is pretty. Is it worth doing this? Should I bring a condom if i were to?
